Do you have car seats for kids on the Vail airport shuttle?
Yes — Eagle Mountain Express provides infant car seats, convertible car seats, and booster seats on request at no additional charge. Reserve them at booking so the chauffeur installs them before pickup. We also welcome families bringing their own seats.
01What we provide
Infant car seats (rear-facing, 4-35 lbs), convertible seats (forward-facing, 22-65 lbs), and booster seats (40-100 lbs). All meet current US safety standards and are inspected before each use. Reserve at booking so the right size is installed when you arrive.
02Bringing your own seat
Many families prefer bringing their own car seat from home — easier on kids who are familiar with their seat, and avoids the post-flight install. We'll secure it at pickup if you bring it. Car seats travel free on most airlines as a checked item separate from your luggage allowance.
03Multiple kids, large families
We can install up to 3 child seats in a single Yukon Denali, 4 in an Escalade ESV, or up to 6 in a Sprinter Van. For ski groups with multiple young children, the Sprinter Van is usually the right pick — more room for both kids and gear.
