We use your information to confirm your booking, process payment, dispatch a driver, send you trip-related notifications via SMS and email, track your flight to coordinate pickup timing, and provide customer service. We may also use your information to send you receipts, ride summaries, and occasional follow-up messages about your service experience.
SMS messaging
When you provide your phone number on our booking form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Eagle Mountain Express related to your booking, including confirmation, payment, flight tracking updates, driver dispatch information, and post-trip follow-up. Message frequency varies by trip. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with: (1) our assigned driver, who receives your name and trip details necessary to complete your ride; (2) our payment processor (Stripe) to process your payment; (3) our SMS and email service providers (Twilio, Resend) to deliver your trip communications; and (4) law enforcement or other authorities if required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to providing the service you booked.
Data retention
We retain your booking and contact information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain our business records. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us at the address below.
