How much luggage can I bring on a Vail airport shuttle?
Every Eagle Mountain Express vehicle is sized for full luggage plus ski/snowboard gear at full passenger capacity. A GMC Yukon Denali handles 5 passengers + 5 large checked bags + 5 carry-ons + 5 ski bags. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van holds 9 passengers with all of the above. The Sprinter Van XL holds 14 passengers and gear. Tell us your gear count when booking so we assign the right-sized vehicle.

02Oversized items welcome
Powder skis (190+ cm), snowboards over 165 cm, golf bags, hockey gear, mountain bikes (broken down), strollers, garment bags, pack-and-plays, and child car seats all fit. Tell us at booking what you're bringing — we've moved more wedding gowns and unusual cargo than we can count.
03When you might need to upgrade
If you have 5 adults + 5 large bags + 5 ski bags + 5 carry-ons, the Yukon Denali fits but it's tight. We'd recommend the Sprinter Van for that party — much more room, more comfortable for the 45-minute drive.
