Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Eagle Mountain Express booking platform and ground transportation services. Eagle Mountain Express ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Cameron James Group LLC. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Eagle Mountain Express provides ground transportation between Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and resort destinations in the Vail Valley and Aspen-Snowmass areas. Service is provided by qualified independent contractor drivers operating their own vehicles.

Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment via the payment link provided after submission. Booking requests submitted without payment within the timeframe specified at booking will be cancelled. All prices are in US dollars.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are charged in full.

SMS Program Terms

Eagle Mountain Express Notifications

By providing your phone number when booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Eagle Mountain Express related to your booking. These messages include: booking confirmations, payment links and receipts, ride reminders, flight status notifications, driver dispatch information, arrival messages, and post-trip follow-up.

Message frequency. Recurring, varies by trip. Typical bookings receive between 3 and 10 messages from booking through post-trip.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@eaglemountainexpress.com.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent.

Carriers. Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Information collected through SMS is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Driver and vehicle

Drivers are independent contractors. We make reasonable efforts to provide qualified drivers and well-maintained vehicles, but vehicle assignments may change due to operational requirements.

Flight tracking

We monitor commercial flight status as a courtesy to coordinate pickup timing. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or diversions outside of our control.

Liability

Eagle Mountain Express's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
