01Free cancellation up to 24 hours

Cancel any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time and you'll be refunded in full to your original payment method. No questions, no fees.

• Refund processed within 3-5 business days
• Cancel by phone, text, or email — your choice
• Confirmation of cancellation sent within 1 hour

02Within 24 hours

Cancellations within the 24-hour window are charged 50% of the booked fare. We've already assigned a vehicle and chauffeur and turned away other reservations for that time slot. The 50% covers some of that opportunity cost.

03Within 4 hours / no-show

Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup, or no-shows at the scheduled pickup time, are charged the full fare. By that point we've already dispatched the vehicle. We do everything we can to reach you before this becomes the outcome.

04Flight delays & cancellations

If your flight is delayed, your transfer is automatically adjusted at no charge — we track your flight in real time and your driver simply waits for you.

• Same-day flight rebooking: we re-time the transfer at no charge
• Same-day flight cancellation: full refund regardless of cancellation window, with proof of airline cancellation
• Flight diverted to a different airport: we'll re-route or refund based on what works for you

05Weather cancellations

If we're unable to safely operate your transfer due to weather (active I-70 closure, blizzard conditions, etc.), we cancel and refund in full — no fees, regardless of timing.

06Modifying a reservation

Same-day modifications (different pickup time, hotel change, additional passenger) are accommodated whenever possible at no extra charge. Call or text (970) 705-0500 as soon as you know.

07How to cancel

Three ways: call (970) 705-0500, text the same number, or reply to your booking confirmation email. Whichever is fastest. We confirm every cancellation in writing within 1 hour.
