Can I bring my dog on the Vail airport shuttle?
Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome on Eagle Mountain Express transfers at no additional charge. Notify us at booking so we can prepare the vehicle with a moving blanket and so we don't pair you with a chauffeur with severe allergies. Service animals are always welcome regardless of advance notice.
01What we need to know
Tell us at booking: dog's size and weight, whether the dog will be in a carrier or loose, and any specific anxieties about car travel. We bring a clean moving blanket for the seats and water for longer drives (Aspen-bound trips of 90+ minutes).
02Service and emotional support animals
Service dogs are always welcome and there's never an additional charge. We don't require documentation, but please mention at booking so the chauffeur knows. ESAs follow the same dog-friendly policy as all other dogs.
03Multiple dogs, large dogs
Multiple dogs are fine — we've moved ski-trip groups with three retrievers more than once. Very large dogs (100+ lbs) work better in the Sprinter Van than the Yukon Denali due to floor space. If your dog requires a large crate that doesn't fit in a regular trunk, mention it and we'll size up if needed.
