01365-day operations
Every commercial flight arriving at EGE has chauffeurs standing by, including holidays. Christmas week and New Year's week are our busiest of the year — peak ski season meets peak travel. We staff up rather than scaling back during those windows.
02Holiday booking timing
Standard recommendation is 24-48 hours ahead for ski season. For Christmas week (December 23 – January 2) and President's Day weekend, we recommend 72+ hours ahead. Same-day holiday bookings are accommodated when a vehicle is available, but availability tightens significantly during peak windows.
03No holiday surcharges, no surge
Same rate at 3 am or 3 pm, on Christmas morning, on New Year's Eve at 8 pm, or on a Tuesday in October — your booked rate is locked when you reserve and we don't reprice based on demand. Seasonal rates may differ between summer and winter; whichever rate is current when you book is what you pay.
