Eagle Mountain Express tracks every passenger's flight in real time using FAA flight data from booking through arrival. Delays automatically push your driver's pickup time so they're at EGE Door 6 when you actually land. There's no fee for delays and no need to call us — the tracking is fully automatic.
01What we track
Flight number, gate departure, en-route position, and actual arrival time at EGE. Our dispatch system pulls FAA data continuously and pushes any change to your assigned chauffeur's app. If your flight diverts to another airport, we get notified within minutes and can re-coordinate.
02Delay scenarios — how it works
30-minute delay: chauffeur's arrival window shifts automatically, no action needed from you. 2-hour delay: same. 4-hour delay or overnight: we contact you to confirm the new pickup window and rebook the chauffeur if needed. Cancellation: full refund regardless of cancellation window with proof from the airline.
03What you don't need to do
