02How the operation runs
Eagle Mountain Express is a focused brand within CJ Transportation, dedicated to a single problem: getting travelers between Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and the mountain resorts of the Vail Valley and Roaring Fork Valley. Our drivers are I-70 and CO-82 veterans — many have worked the route for 5+ winters. Our vehicles are dedicated to this corridor, not pulled from a citywide rotation.
03What we measure
On-time pickup rate, weather-related delays absorbed without surge billing, customer-reported issues per 100 trips, and repeat-customer rate.
