Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE / KEGE) is the closest commercial airport to Vail and Beaver Creek, and the was the recommended commercial alternative to ASE during the 2026 closure window. Direct flights from major US hubs, an 8,000-foot runway, and a 35-mile drive to Vail Village.
