We collect what we need to deliver your transfer and run our business — nothing more. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, and what your rights are.
01What we collect
When you book a transfer, we collect:
- Name, phone number, and email address (to contact you and confirm the transfer)
- Pickup and drop-off addresses (to dispatch your driver)
- Flight number and time (to track your flight and time pickups correctly)
- Number of passengers and gear count (to assign the right vehicle)
- Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers)
- Special requests (car seats, accessibility needs, dietary preferences for stocked vehicles)
02What we don't collect
We don't track your location outside of pickup and drop-off coordinates. We don't use third-party advertising trackers across our site. We don't build profiles of your travel patterns to sell. We use minimal analytics (Google Analytics, no advertising integration) only to understand which pages help customers find what they need.
03How we use your information
Your information is used to:
- Dispatch your transfer and connect you with your chauffeur
- Track your flight and adjust pickup time as needed
- Process your payment and send a receipt
- Contact you about your transfer (confirmation, modifications, follow-up)
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements (DOT records, tax records, insurance audits)
04Who we share it with
Your information is shared only with:
- Your assigned chauffeur (name, phone, pickup details — to contact you if needed)
- Our payment processor (encrypted card information for transaction processing)
- Email and SMS providers (sending you booking confirmations and updates)
- Government regulators when legally required (court orders, tax authorities, DOT inspections)
05How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for 7 years (tax and DOT regulatory requirement). Marketing emails are deleted within 30 days of unsubscribe. Card information is purged immediately after settlement — we never store full card numbers.
06Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of all data we have on you (one free copy per year)
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, subject to regulatory retention requirements
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (one click in any email)
- Lodge a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's office

08Children
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Substantial changes are emailed to customers with active bookings.
